Comprehensive Planning

Each municipality must have a Comprehensive Land Use Plan as required by law. Our Town's Comp Plan Advisory Board has been working at developing our plan since April of 2001. Our Comprehensive Land Use Plan has been found to be Incompliance by the State's Department of Community Affairs on July 9, 2003.

Our Town Council and Planning Consultant have been working with our Comp Plan Advisory Board in the regards to revision to the Affordable Housing element, to meet the State's statutory requirements.
